Memory Dump #7
Weekly digest for May 28th, Year 7531
Hello friends, and welcome all new subscribers. For those who don’t know, this is my weekly newsletter for paid subscribers called the Memory Dump where I share some random bits of content that caught my attention during the week, ranging from useful resources to bonus content, unpopular history and random musings. I send it out every Sunday to all subscribers so you can get a teaser of the content I’m sharing here in the introduction, where I also share content updates.
I apologize for the absence last week, I’ve been going through some life changes which consumed most of my time last week, but I’m back on track now. As some of you may or may not have noticed, I purged my twitter account so it is now a wasteland. I am publishing a follow up piece to Reformatting the Twitter Brain this week, explaining my reasons for actually being done with my usage of the platform now.
I am also working on getting a chat server set up for us, that way we can continue interacting with each other outside of the bird app and build a collaborative archive of resources (and memes). I was thinking of Discord but maybe the decentralized route is the way to go and I can just set up an Element instance instead. Let me know your thoughts - I’ll keep you posted.
On this weeks memory dump, a very powerful and free read it later app that will save you a ton of time, a crucial privacy tip for anon posters, a list of great Orthodox telegram channels and more. Let’s get into it.
