In this first ever livestream of The Reversion Podcast, guest ππππππππππππππππππππ joins me to comment on a recent interview by Jordan Peterson with Michael Saylor, known as βthe Bitcoin prophetβ. I have been waiting for a tell-all interview like this for a while and Peterson rightfully seems to be concerned with the religious underpinnings of Saylorβs promotion of Bitcoin. This is not just Saylorβs narrative, it is the βBitcoin ideologyβ that has dominanated since 2018.
We are in a phase of this Bitcoin revolution where global religious factions have been developing for years. This episode offers an analysis of the mainstream BTC maximalist ideology that has co-opted the Bitcoin revolution with a utopian transhumanist agenda disguised as economic prosperity.
Saylor is an extremely pursasive speaker and is able to explain economics in a comprehensible way, which makes him such a prominent advocate for BTC. But the spiritual implications of this ideology spreading worldwide should be examined with caution by Orthodox Christians.
