There's a scientist I was researching a few days ago who's known for trying to elicit spiritual experiences with his so called, "God Helmet." Looking around it seems he has dabbled in remote viewing as well through the manipulation of electromagnetic fields.
We are in interesting times that will require more watchfulness and discernment.
Is there any actual evidence that these practices are ruinous other than Ignatius' statement that they are. For example, did Monroe or McGonegal (others) come to bad ends? Uri Gellar was said to have become wealthy by using his powers to locate precious metal deposits (I think his wealth came from the US taxpayer by way of the Mossad but that's neither here nor there). Did anything "ruinous" happen to Uri? Even cursory research reveals that the intelligence apparatus of pretty much every state on the planet is not just involved, but deeply involved, with the occult. That's proof enough for me that the energies they are mucking about with are not forces of or for good.
I went through Robert Monroe’s Gateway program. Although utilizing hemi-sync and manipulating your brainwaves appeared to be simply “scientific,” it quickly changed into something very sinister. Within a very short period of time, something attached itself to me in real life. What I thought initially was a “spirit guide,” as explained in Monroe’s works, was in fact a demon. I ended up with this very nasty and violent entity that attached to me for 13 years. It took a great amount of prayer, deliverance sessions by an exorcist, and a healing from God, to finally be rid of it.
Anyone who is curious about messing with Robert Monroe’s Gateway program, I would strongly advise against. Some things in this life we are not meant to dabble in, and there are spiritual realms will not understand until we die and move on.
The contact with these extra dimensional entities was established after the development and use of the first atomic bombs. These mass oblivion rituals decayed the spacetime barriers and enabled an even more in-depth level of communication. You have no ability to discern the difference between an angelic being and a demon appearing as an angel of light, that is only one of the many dangers of exploring the aerial realm. The deceptions in that realm are incomparably more powerful than the demonic deceptions here on earth.
